Now work is easier with the Instant Jajangmyun set.
Just saute onions, vegetables & chicken, mix with jajangmyun sauce provided. Add a little water & cornstarch water. Let the sauce boil for a while and pour over the blanched noodles. Serve with boiled/boiled eggs & cucumber slices.
But if the mood is too lazy, just heat the jajangmun sauce with a little water & 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water mixed with corn flour and cook until thick. Jajangmyeon tastes sweet and salty. If you are satisfied, turn off the heat and pour the sauce over the melted noodles.
P/s: chunjang sauce that we give extra and a little salty, suitable for those who want to add ingredients such as carrots, potatoes and so on. If you want to heat the sauce, use 1/2 or 2/3 pack is enough. Or add a little sugar & corn flour mixture. ☺️
